I frequent Chapparal often for parts as they consistently have lower prices, especially tires. I also took my Savage there after a frustrating ordeal of trying to fix my head leaks. I must say even though I hate stealerships and the outrageous prices they shops charge, they did fix my problem with little hassle. I have come close twice to buy a bike at Chapparal and each time it was the slick/rude sales people that turned me off. But that's with most japanese dealerships. Sorry for your bad experience. Remember, the squeakiest wheel gets oiled. Raise hell with them.
